Summary
  •          An old man, 85, rebuking his son, 25, for not register to vote on the Election Day.

Treatment
  •          It is in the morning after the old man have done his responsibility on voting for his choice of political parties to govern his beloved country. The old man noticed and found out that his adult son didn’t register to vote for the Election Day. Then, the old man rebuke his son for not taking part on the Election Day.





Audio:  (what do we hear?)
Video: (what do we see?)
SFX: The sound of people crowding outside the voting hall.
FULL SHOT: The old man voting for his choice of political party to govern the country.
The sound of door opening.
MEDIUM SHOT THE OLD MAN: The old man entering his house.
The sound of the old man’s voice.
MEDIUM SHOT OLD MAN AND HIS SON: The old man saw his son didn’t go to vote and calling for his son “Harriz! Why aren’t you voting?!”
The sound of his son’s voice.
CLOSE-UP SHOT SON: The old man’s son giving excuses for not registering to vote “I’m lazy dad, I got more important stuff to do than bruising over this election!”
The sound of the old man’s voice.
MEDIUM SHOT OLD MAN: The old man rebuking and giving advice to his son on why voting is important “… the fate of this country lies in your hands and the future is for you to live in.”
Narrator’s voice.
FULL SHOT: The narrator saying “Love your country. Register and vote now.”

  AUTEUR CRITICISM: MAMAT KHALID According to the auteur criticism, the example of the director’s film that is good to be considered as an auteur is the movies that I have chosen which are Rock Oo! (2013) and Rock Bro! (2016), both films are directed by Mamat Khalid. Mamat Khalid constantly portrays and directed comedy genre movies such as Rock Oo! and Rock Bro! Like the aforementioned movies, both movies have an interesting mix of genres, comedy, and musical. TASK 4 | GENRE CRITICISM: BERSERK (1997) & ATTACK ON TITAN (2013) BERSERK (1997) ATTACK ON TITAN (2013) Berserk (1997) and Attack on Titan (2013) both are animated television series and aired on several countries’ television station. Berserk (1997) was aired from 1997 and 1998. It is an adaptation from manga Berserk. However, Attack on Titan (2013) or also known as Shingeki no Kyojin in Japanese was aired on 2013 and up until now. Both have dark humour story telling and not suitable for audience age under 18 without parental guidance. The reason is because both series have included scary death moment such as being eaten by the giants (from Attack on Titan) and many more. To analyse genre of the series, it must be including three types of approaches that we can used which is Aesthetic approaches, Ritual approaches and Ideological approaches.
