The Legends of Gaming - Part 2

Hey! 👋 Have fun reading in my previous post about the professional DoTa 2 player, Miracle- ? I'm sorry that you guys have to wait until I write about the next professional DoTA 2 player, Abed. I'm so sleepy that time because I have so many works to do but nevermind about that because I had fun writing about your favourite player! So, as I promised, here the first 10k MMR Abed. 😉


Abed

💖His real name is Abed Azel Yusop and he is from Philippines professional DoTA 2 player who currently plays for Digital Chaos. Abed was born and raised in Dasmarinas in the province of Cavite, Philippines. His parents own a small internet cafe close to their home. Abed has one older brother, Ahmed Rheeza. When he still a child, he always play video games at his parent internet cafe near their home, then DoTA 2 was announced and Abed tried play DoTA 2 games and he showed a fantastic performance at his first try! 

👉His friends asked him to join their group and Abed joined the group without a hesitation at first. Then as day by day he was busy trained for their tournament, Abed feels that he keeps ignoring his academic learning in school. After they won their first small tournament, Abed decided to leave the group because he wants to focus on his academic learning as he is about to enter the college life. Even though Abed is good at video games, he never neglected his academic performance.



💖When he is in college, a professional DoTA 2 team called and asked him to join their team but Abed declined their offers because he don't want to ignore his academic life and he's afraid that he will be busy for the upcoming tournament. He then call his father and ask for some advice, his father told him "Why don't you try first and see how it goes?" Abed follows his father's advice and joined the team. Day by day, he noticed that he's keep busy for his academic and always late for his class but his father registered him for online class so that he can focus on gaming and class at the same time. 

👉Abed started playing Dota 2 in 2014 and became known through the South-East Asian MMR leaderboards with his signature heroes Meepo and Invoker. Abed gained the spotlight and currently well known to the gaming world.

TASK 4 | GENRE CRITICISM: BERSERK (1997) & ATTACK ON TITAN (2013) BERSERK (1997) ATTACK ON TITAN (2013) Berserk (1997) and Attack on Titan (2013) both are animated television series and aired on several countries’ television station. Berserk (1997) was aired from 1997 and 1998. It is an adaptation from manga Berserk. However, Attack on Titan (2013) or also known as Shingeki no Kyojin in Japanese was aired on 2013 and up until now. Both have dark humour story telling and not suitable for audience age under 18 without parental guidance. The reason is because both series have included scary death moment such as being eaten by the giants (from Attack on Titan) and many more. To analyse genre of the series, it must be including three types of approaches that we can used which is Aesthetic approaches, Ritual approaches and Ideological approaches.
